vi annuncio con grande entusiasmo che Exportech snc ha chiuso i battenti per intraprendere un'avventura molto più ampia e ramificata. A tutti coloro si stessero chiedendo i motivi di questa scelta vorrei rispondere solamente che non si tratta di una chiusura per motivi di mancanza di lavoro né, men che meno, di situazioni fallimentari (per buona pace dei nostri competitors!!). Al contrario, il notevole spirito imprenditoriale che ci contraddistingue ha reso quasi obbligata una nuova strategia di mercato a vantaggio di aree molto più interessanti della nostra disastrata Europa. Questo ha reso indispensabili anche scelte di vita compreso il nostro trasferimento effettivo all'estero. Istanbul and Arezzo Fairs at the same time...

ISTANBUL: Come ogni anno, anche nell'edizione appena conclusa siamo stati presenti presso lo stand del nostro rivenditore PIRAMIT durante la manifestazione Istanbul International Jewelry Show. L'affluenza, contrariamente alle aspettative, e a quanto accaduto negli stessi giorni ad Arezzo, è stata di notevole successo.
Nel vasto panorama di macchine e tecnologie offerte, la nostra Faro F35 si è distinta come prodotto di grande interesse, ed ha contribuito a rafforzare la nostra posizione di leader sia per prestazioni che per innovazione tecnologica.
L'affannosa rincorsa di tutti i nostri competitors nel vano (fino ad ora) tentativo di eguagliare i nostri risultati, ci spinge sempre più ad affrontare le sfide del futuro. 
Per questa ragione nel 2012 abbiamo introdotto numerose novità: 

• Caricamento ed avanzamento automatico del tubo con possibilità di diamantare e traforare in continuo su tutta la superficie del tubo. (clicca qui per vedere il video)

A questo proposito ci sono numerosi vantaggi (evidenziati da clienti comuni) della Faro F1 rispetto alla SISMA FRX 300, che  essendo stata progettata per eseguire le stesse lavorazioni, vuole essere la degna rivale del primo progetto F1 che risale al 2005 evoluto e migliorato fino ad oggi.

As usually, we have been present on the booth of our local dealer Piramit also on the occasion of the last Istanbul Jewelry Show where, despite the forecast and the result of Arezzo Oro, the attendance has been very positive.

Among the many different machines and technologies on display, our Faro F35 has been focus of constant interest, confirming once more our leadership in terms of performances and innovation.This position is also due to our competitors that are still trying in vain, so far, to achieve our results, and that push us to continuously design new devices and develop additional features to better face all future challenges.

Durante il nostro ultimo viaggio in Brasile abbiamo potuto godere ancora una volta della contagiosa simpatia e della magnifica ospitalità dei nostri Clienti / amici brasiliani, ed in particolare di Nicholas Gomes, oltre naturalmente al nostro partner locale Alberto Colen ed a suo figlio Junior che ci hanno accompagnato nel nostro viaggio.

Vorremmo ringraziare le ditte Maeve e Goldfinger per la fiducia accordataci con l’acquisto di una delle nostre attrezzatture, e complimentarci con Alan e Karen per l'attenzione con cui hanno seguito il training; siamo certi che con l'aiuto di Fernando sapranno fare un ottimo lavoro con le nostre macchine.

During our last trip in Brazil we appreciated once again the great sympathy and warm hospitality of our Brazilian friends, and especially of Mr. Nicholas Gomes besides of course our local Partner Alberto Colen and his son Junior.

We wish to thank our Customers M/s Maeve and Goldfinger for the confidence shown with the purchase of one of our equipment, and congratulate Alan and Karen for the attention paid on the occasion of the training.  Si è appena conclusa anche quest'ultima edizione della Fiera di Istanbul e, nonostante sia un'appuntamento meno importante della sua edizione gemella di Marzo, l'affluenza di pubblico è stata inaspettata visto il periodo di forte incertezza.

The Fall edition of the Istanbul Jewelry Show has just closed the doors with a positive and, considering the period, unexpected attendance.

Come sempre la nostra presenza è stata garantita dalla puntuale partecipazione del nostro rivenditore Piramit che ringrazio pubblicamente per la splendida cena offerta come di consueto a tutti i propri collaboratori.

Like usual we have been represented by our dealer Piramit that I wish to thank for their professional support and the excellent diner with staff and suppliers.

New Exportech Office

Con l’inaugurazione del  9 settembre 2011 Exportech snc ha ufficialmente aperto la nuova sede a Vigonza (PD) in Via Roma 18. Con l’occasione i soci Guidi Enrico e Ghersel Fulvio desiderano ringraziare tutti gli amici che hanno contribuito all’ottima riuscita di questo evento.

 Nonostante il cambio di indirizzo, la società rimane fortemente legata alla Faro srl di cui è esclusivista per l’estero, e mantiene anche la vicinanza territoriale con quest’ultima per garantire la migliore operatività nella gestione del post-vendita. Ci scusiamo con tutti per eventuali inconvenienti di questi giorni dovuti ai preparativi per il cambio di sede.

Finally Exportech has changed the office, Enrico Guidi and Fulvio Ghersel would like to thank all the friends came to the opening event. It was a special way to wish us good luck for the future. 

Even if we changed the operating office, the nearness to Faro srl will guarantee the best service to our customers and dealers.
We would like to apologize to everyone have had any problem to contact us in these crazy days.... Since next Monday everything should be ok.

New Exportech Office opening

E' con immenso piacere che approfittando dell'inaugurazione della nuova sede(...è solo un piccolo ufficio!!) il 9 settembre prossimo  vorrei avere l'occasione di rivedere amici che non vedo da tempo...Siccome provvederò ad adeguate libagioni, è gradita una conferma per livellare a dovere il tasso alcolemico :)

Exportech has changed its operating office. We are planning to celebrate the official opening with a party on friday September 9th  It will be hard for our far friends to share this happy event with us, but if you can be present we will appreciate very much.

CONGRATULAZIONI a Seven

E' con grande orgoglio e piacere che pubblico i nuovi articoli prodotti da Seven con la nostra macchina F35.
Sono molto lusingato nel vedere che il training fatto al mio amico Mauricio lo ha messo nella condizione di partire a velocità record con la produzione di anelli che avevamo disegnato quasi per gioco durante l'addestramento. Sarà molto contento anche Sergio, il titolare della ditta Seven, che potrà inserire anche più di 20 nuovi articoli al mese nel proprio catalogo, rispondendo così a tutte le esigenze del mercato.

I’m honored and pleased to publish the first items manufactured by Seven with our F35 milling & diamond-cutting machine.

Also, I’m very proud of the fact that the training given to my friend Mauricio enabled him to immediately start producing the rings that we have been designing together almost for fun while I was there.

Sergio, the owner at Seven, will be very happy of being able to introduce 20+ new articles per month in their catalogue, and so to meet all possible market requirements.

Il mio lungo viaggio in Brasile / My long trip to Brasil

 La fiera di San Paolo è stata un successo di pubblico e di contatti superiore ad ogni aspettativa. Lo stand del nostro distributore (COLEN INDUSTRIAL), in particolare, ha catalizzato l'attenzione dei numerosi visitatori, per l'altissimo contenuto tecnologico dei prodotti esposti durante tutta la durata della manifestazione. 

La nostra fresa CNC F35 a sette assi interpolati con doppia testa (mandrino e diamantatrice cambio utensile) ha suscitato l'ammirazione di chiunque.

Il mio ritorno previsto per martedì, è infatti slittato a sabato per poter installare la macchina esposta e subito venduta!! 

Come sempre voglio ringraziare tutti coloro che hanno reso il mio viaggio fantastico, facendomi sentire sempre come uno di famiglia. In particolare Alberto Colen, che mi onora della sua amicizia e collaborazione, ma anche tutte le fantastiche persone che ho avuto modo di conoscere in questa occasione: il mitico driver Roberto Violini, l'ispanico Javier Muñoz, e il germanico Antonio Frade. 

Un grazie speciale anche a Fernando, che mi ha affiancato nel training presso la ditta Seven ma che soprattutto ha guidato per oltre 700km per accompagnarmi.

In fine un caloroso abbraccio a Sergio, titolare della ditta Seven, che mi ha trattato come un fratello. Vorrei inviare a lui ed a Mauricio (l'operatore a cui ho fatto scoppiare la caveza!!) un grosso augurio per il futuro, perchè sono persone che si meritano di arrivare al pieno successo. 

The Tecnogold exhibition has been a great success for number of visitors and leads far beyond all expectations, with the booth of our local partner Colen Industrial Ltda as one of the most busy because of the high technologic content of the exhibits, and in particular of our F35 CNC Milling and Diamond-Cutting Machine with 7 interpolated axes.

In fact, I had to postpone to Saturday my return originally foreseen for Tuesday to install the machine that was exhibited, and that has been immediately sold!

I seize this opportunity to thank all the people that made my stay so comfortable to feel like one of their families.

In first place Alberto Colen, who honors me with his friendship and cooperation, but also all other fantastic people I met: Roberto Violini, Javier Muñoz and Antonio Frade.

A special thanks to Fernando for supporting me on the occasion of the  installation and training at M/s Seven and for driving over 700 km to take me there!

Last but not least, a warm hug to Sergio (see picture close to his new baby…), owner of M/s Seven for treating me like a brother, and the best wishes extended also to the machine operator Mauricio (still with headache?) all the very best for the future cause these guys deserve a great success in their business.

TGold 2011 sempre meglio...

La fiera di Vicenza quest'anno ha confermato, meglio di quanto ci aspettassimo, il nostro trend positivo iniziato nel 2010. Lo standard tecnologico ed innovativo dei nostri prodotti è oramai universalmente riconosciuto ed apprezzato. Molti nel corso di questi anni hanno tentato, in vari modi, di rincorrere ( o "mutuare" ) le nostre soluzioni, ma quest'anno, dopo la presentazione di un CNC anche da parte di una stimatissima azienda di fama mondiale, che mai si era spinta in questo settore, abbiamo avuto un ulteriore conferma che la nostra direzione è sicuramente quella giusta.

Vedere che le nostre attrezzature stanno diventando lo "standard" di riferimento ci inorgoglisce e ci spinge a continuare in questa strada, sicuri del fatto che l'esperienza maturata in più di 20 anni nel settore della fresatura CNC, nella progettazione dei programmi CAD CAM e nell'utensileria, rendono le nostre soluzioni le più complete sul mercato, senza necessità di software esterni, e ci garantiscono un vantaggio operativo difficilmente colmabile.

Vorremmo ringraziare tutti i nostri rivenditori che ci hanno visitato e rinnovato la massima fiducia e collaborazione: Baltexim, Colen Ind., Piramit, Linea Oro, e naturalmente tutti i clienti che sarebbe impossibile elencare.

The outcome of the T-Gold exhibition of last week has gone far beyond our most optimistic expectations, confirming the positive trend started in 2010. The technological standard and the innovation level of our offering are so high that some suppliers have tried in different ways to pursuit our advanced solutions, and the fact that a well-known manufacturer has introduced in Vicenza a new CNC machine is an additional validation that we are on the right track.

We are proud of seeing that our systems are becoming the reference for the jewelry manufacturing industry and aware that the 20 years’ experience and competence with CNC milling, CAD-CAM development and tooling technique make our solutions the most complete on the market and guarantee us a gap that is difficult to plug.

We’d like to thank our Dealers Baltexim, Colen, Piramit and Linea Oro for their support and cooperation, and of course all Customers for their continuous confidence.

L’anno dei record

Il 2010 è stato per la Exportech l’anno della svolta che, se da una parte ci ha confortato sulla bontà del lavoro svolto finora, dall’altro ci ha sorpreso per la sua straordinarietà e non ci ha permesso di portare a termine tutti i progetti che ci eravamo prefissati di presentare al T-Gold 2011.

Ciononostante abbiamo ultimato il restyling della fresatrice a 5 assi F35, la nuova pinza con comando apertura pedale,  inoltre presenteremo l’innovativo sistema di allineamento automatico per le lavorazioni fronte retro della lastra che sarà visibile  sulla fresatrice a 3 assi modello F1.

Esporremo  in anteprima un impianto di galvanica tipo Flash pratico da utilizzare, affidabile e modulare così da adattarsi alle specifiche esigenze di ogni laboratorio.

We want to thank all Customers and Partner for their confidence and contribute in achieving an extraordinary good 2010, and at the same time apologize for not being able to finalize all the projects that were foreseen to be introduced at the T-Gold show starting this week.

Nevertheless we have managed to complete the restyling of the 5-axis mill F35, exhibited with the new foot-controlled pneumatic vise, and also the automatic sheet positioning device for upside-down machining that will be shown on the 3-axis mill F1.

We’ll be exhibiting for the first time an electroplating system that is easy-to-use, reliable and modular to fulfill the needs of every lab.

We shall be pleased to welcome you on our booth L 4066 and show you the latest news!

Thanks to all the Goldfinger Staff

I'm leaving now also from this second installation for this trip. As I expected from this fabulous country, I found an incredible hospitality, for this reason I'd like to thank all the people I met. First of all Mr Clayton, the boss of this nice factory and shop chain. Than his son, Clederson, nice guy, and kind person; and last, but not least, Luis and Moisès, the operators who try to undertand my Italian-portu-span-english I spoke in these days. It was funny sometimes!!! Anyway thanks to everybody and thanks to your nice weather; I forgot the winter I'll find in Italy when I'll be back.
Let me thank also Mr Colen, our professional dealer here in Brasil, and all his staff... special thanks to Marcus and Fernando!!!

I've already finished my installation in this very nice factory, and I want to thank all the people I met there.
First of all Mr Nelson Degan, so kind and nice person, than his son: Cassio, great guitar player, he is the one who understand the power of our own technology, Felipe, the drummer!! and last but not least: my CNC operators: Julio and Ana Paula, they are really so smart and professional, much more than I ever supposed to find. Work with a 5 axis CNC machine is not so simple, but this time I was so lucky to meet these people.
Thanks a lot again to everybody. I appreciated so much your hospitality and kindness.

La sensazione di netta ripartenza che avevamo avuto durante la fiera di Vicenza dello scorso gennaio del mercato del gioiello, è stata ampiamente confermata anche dalla fiera di Arezzo.
 Infatti, sia l'affluenza allo stand che le vendite concluse (rarissime durante le manifestazioni) ci hanno letteralmente meravigliato. Il nostro stand era costantemente preso d'assalto, sia per l'innegabile posizione di leader che la Faro oramai detiene oramai nel settore della produzione del gioiello, sia per l'impressionate qualità e velocità delle macchine che non hanno mai smesso di produrre campioni per i clienti ed i curiosi che affollavano il nostro corridoio.

The good feeling of economic recovery we had last January at the T-Gold in Vicenza has been confirmed and even amplified at the Oro Arezzo.

In fact, we have been very pleased with the “massive attack” of visitors on our booth and, especially, with the unexpected orders received during the event.
