Il mio lungo viaggio in Brasile / My long trip to Brasil

 La fiera di San Paolo è stata un successo di pubblico e di contatti superiore ad ogni aspettativa. Lo stand del nostro distributore (COLEN INDUSTRIAL), in particolare, ha catalizzato l'attenzione dei numerosi visitatori, per l'altissimo contenuto tecnologico dei prodotti esposti durante tutta la durata della manifestazione. 

La nostra fresa CNC F35 a sette assi interpolati con doppia testa (mandrino e diamantatrice cambio utensile) ha suscitato l'ammirazione di chiunque.

Il mio ritorno previsto per martedì, è infatti slittato a sabato per poter installare la macchina esposta e subito venduta!! 

Come sempre voglio ringraziare tutti coloro che hanno reso il mio viaggio fantastico, facendomi sentire sempre come uno di famiglia. In particolare Alberto Colen, che mi onora della sua amicizia e collaborazione, ma anche tutte le fantastiche persone che ho avuto modo di conoscere in questa occasione: il mitico driver Roberto Violini, l'ispanico Javier Muñoz, e il germanico Antonio Frade. 

Un grazie speciale anche a Fernando, che mi ha affiancato nel training presso la ditta Seven ma che soprattutto ha guidato per oltre 700km per accompagnarmi.

In fine un caloroso abbraccio a Sergio, titolare della ditta Seven, che mi ha trattato come un fratello. Vorrei inviare a lui ed a Mauricio (l'operatore a cui ho fatto scoppiare la caveza!!) un grosso augurio per il futuro, perchè sono persone che si meritano di arrivare al pieno successo. 

The Tecnogold exhibition has been a great success for number of visitors and leads far beyond all expectations, with the booth of our local partner Colen Industrial Ltda as one of the most busy because of the high technologic content of the exhibits, and in particular of our F35 CNC Milling and Diamond-Cutting Machine with 7 interpolated axes.

In fact, I had to postpone to Saturday my return originally foreseen for Tuesday to install the machine that was exhibited, and that has been immediately sold!

I seize this opportunity to thank all the people that made my stay so comfortable to feel like one of their families.

In first place Alberto Colen, who honors me with his friendship and cooperation, but also all other fantastic people I met: Roberto Violini, Javier Muñoz and Antonio Frade.

A special thanks to Fernando for supporting me on the occasion of the  installation and training at M/s Seven and for driving over 700 km to take me there!

Last but not least, a warm hug to Sergio (see picture close to his new baby…), owner of M/s Seven for treating me like a brother, and the best wishes extended also to the machine operator Mauricio (still with headache?) all the very best for the future cause these guys deserve a great success in their business.

TGold 2011 sempre meglio...

La fiera di Vicenza quest'anno ha confermato, meglio di quanto ci aspettassimo, il nostro trend positivo iniziato nel 2010. Lo standard tecnologico ed innovativo dei nostri prodotti è oramai universalmente riconosciuto ed apprezzato. Molti nel corso di questi anni hanno tentato, in vari modi, di rincorrere ( o "mutuare" ) le nostre soluzioni, ma quest'anno, dopo la presentazione di un CNC anche da parte di una stimatissima azienda di fama mondiale, che mai si era spinta in questo settore, abbiamo avuto un ulteriore conferma che la nostra direzione è sicuramente quella giusta.

Vedere che le nostre attrezzature stanno diventando lo "standard" di riferimento ci inorgoglisce e ci spinge a continuare in questa strada, sicuri del fatto che l'esperienza maturata in più di 20 anni nel settore della fresatura CNC, nella progettazione dei programmi CAD CAM e nell'utensileria, rendono le nostre soluzioni le più complete sul mercato, senza necessità di software esterni, e ci garantiscono un vantaggio operativo difficilmente colmabile.

Vorremmo ringraziare tutti i nostri rivenditori che ci hanno visitato e rinnovato la massima fiducia e collaborazione: Baltexim, Colen Ind., Piramit, Linea Oro, e naturalmente tutti i clienti che sarebbe impossibile elencare.

The outcome of the T-Gold exhibition of last week has gone far beyond our most optimistic expectations, confirming the positive trend started in 2010. The technological standard and the innovation level of our offering are so high that some suppliers have tried in different ways to pursuit our advanced solutions, and the fact that a well-known manufacturer has introduced in Vicenza a new CNC machine is an additional validation that we are on the right track.

We are proud of seeing that our systems are becoming the reference for the jewelry manufacturing industry and aware that the 20 years’ experience and competence with CNC milling, CAD-CAM development and tooling technique make our solutions the most complete on the market and guarantee us a gap that is difficult to plug.

We’d like to thank our Dealers Baltexim, Colen, Piramit and Linea Oro for their support and cooperation, and of course all Customers for their continuous confidence.

L’anno dei record

Il 2010 è stato per la Exportech l’anno della svolta che, se da una parte ci ha confortato sulla bontà del lavoro svolto finora, dall’altro ci ha sorpreso per la sua straordinarietà e non ci ha permesso di portare a termine tutti i progetti che ci eravamo prefissati di presentare al T-Gold 2011.

Ciononostante abbiamo ultimato il restyling della fresatrice a 5 assi F35, la nuova pinza con comando apertura pedale,  inoltre presenteremo l’innovativo sistema di allineamento automatico per le lavorazioni fronte retro della lastra che sarà visibile  sulla fresatrice a 3 assi modello F1.

Esporremo  in anteprima un impianto di galvanica tipo Flash pratico da utilizzare, affidabile e modulare così da adattarsi alle specifiche esigenze di ogni laboratorio.

We want to thank all Customers and Partner for their confidence and contribute in achieving an extraordinary good 2010, and at the same time apologize for not being able to finalize all the projects that were foreseen to be introduced at the T-Gold show starting this week.

Nevertheless we have managed to complete the restyling of the 5-axis mill F35, exhibited with the new foot-controlled pneumatic vise, and also the automatic sheet positioning device for upside-down machining that will be shown on the 3-axis mill F1.

We’ll be exhibiting for the first time an electroplating system that is easy-to-use, reliable and modular to fulfill the needs of every lab.

We shall be pleased to welcome you on our booth L 4066 and show you the latest news!

Thanks to all the Goldfinger Staff

I'm leaving now also from this second installation for this trip. As I expected from this fabulous country, I found an incredible hospitality, for this reason I'd like to thank all the people I met. First of all Mr Clayton, the boss of this nice factory and shop chain. Than his son, Clederson, nice guy, and kind person; and last, but not least, Luis and Moisès, the operators who try to undertand my Italian-portu-span-english I spoke in these days. It was funny sometimes!!! Anyway thanks to everybody and thanks to your nice weather; I forgot the winter I'll find in Italy when I'll be back.
